5-HTP 100mg (90 Capsules)

After years of being prescribed and over prescribed anti-depressants I stumbled across this product by accident. I felt completely over medicated on my previous prescriptions and wanted to try something less harsh on my body. I stopped taking my prescribed medication (Im not recommending you do this without medical advice, it just worked for me) and I started taking 5HTP. I finally feel like I have found the product that works perfectly for me and I have been able to rediscover my old personality (happy and carefree) without the grogginess (spelling) I have experienced from anti-depressants. I take 100mg twice daily, some people I have read, take more but this dose works perfectly for me :) I have also read that this product doesnt suit everyone so I definately would seek medical advice before taking it. I do feel that I should also say that I sufferered with depression only, the low moody worrying kind and nothing more than that so if your having more difficulties than that then do talk to your GP first. Overall this product has been a very positive experience for me and although I still have the odd low mood and worrying spates I would recommend 5HTP as it has really helped me :) In addition, my experience of hecticlifestyles.co.uk has been a positive too.
