All Items are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Items ordered before 2pm GMT will be dispatched the same working day.

Postage costs cover transit, packaging and postage itself. Within the UK, Standard delivery arrives in 1-5 working days. 1st class Recorded arrives next working day.

Lifeline boxes are sent flat-packed so they can fit through your door. Items can be sent without Hectic Lifestyles labelling (i.e discretely) on request.
